1. Registration Requirements and Account Operations

Users launching personal folders or membership schedules guarantee that any supplied information represents truthful, current, and verified data. You remain entirely responsible for ensuring the absolute safety of your registration data and passwords. Our teams reserve immediate rights to block or terminate any account utilizing misleading names or deceptive registration credentials.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

The layout designs, SVG graphics, researched text files, and analytical infographics featured on the Lumina Insights digital portal are protected under international copyright regulations and South African intellectual property acts. Direct copying, commercial redistribution, or automated data scraping of any part of this portal is not permitted unless explicit written licensing is provided by Lumina Insights (Pty) Ltd.

3. Membership Payments and Cancelation Structure

All pricing rates displayed inside our membership layouts are stated in South African Rand (ZAR) currency units. Regular automated billing occurs at the start of your specified billing period. If you choose to stop your membership, you can do so directly from your settings. Cancellation halts future charges, but past transaction balances are not refundable.

4. Regulatory Governing Jurisdiction

These structural frameworks are created in accordance with, and regulated by, the national laws of South Africa. Any disputes or legislative conflicts originating from these services will be assessed exclusively inside competent provincial courts in Gauteng, South Africa.
